Welcome to Vipaibot. By accessing or using our website and software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to use Vipaibot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of platform (Telegram/WhatsApp/Meta) policies.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of our servers.
- Using the service to distribute malware or phishing links.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers if the service does not work as described.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vipaibot and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vipaibot.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vipaibot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
